Automotive Lubricants

We have relevant experience in formulating all Tarbx Lubricant and Power Industry products from advanced German technology additives and carefully selected premium virgin base nut oils.

DETAILS

An automotive lubricant is responsible for the lubrication of automotive parts to reduce any friction caused in your vehicle. It also serves a number of secondary functions. It helps clean and cool down the engine parts and prevents rust and corrosion build-up.

Tarbx AP3 GREASE is a premium quality all-purpose automotive grease. Recommended for all types of Wheel bearings used in automobiles e.g. Heavy duty, Light commercial, and Passenger vehicles.

Tarbx Engine coolants are a combination of three chemical components: ethylene glycol (antifreeze), inhibiting coolant additives, and quality water. Green ready-to-use coolant for private and commercial car radiators contains mono-ethylene glycol and mineral additives to prevent corrosion and cavitation. To give your automotive engine & cooling system year around protection against corrosion & heat damage. Protects radiators from overheating and rust.

Tarbx EP 90 Gear oil is a lubricant designed for use in transmissions, manual gearboxes, differentials, transaxles, and transfer cases in your car or truck. Gear oil helps your transmission run smoothly. More importantly, it helps protect critical internal components in your car’s gear systems from wear and heat damage.

Tarbx Fork oils belong to the function fluids of motorcycles and are similar in composition to hydraulic oils. They are also referred to as shock absorber oil. The fork oil of Tarbx is used for the lubrication of motorcycle forks, suspension struts, shock absorbers, and other spring elements.

POPULAR QUESTIONS

While you’re selecting an engine oil for your car, you should know about the two broad categories of oils i.e. – mineral oils and synthetic oils.

  1. Mineral Engine Oil: Mineral oils are made from petroleum products and are preferred for older models of vehicles. The mineral oil has low oxidation stability due to which it requires frequent changes. Mineral oil is cheaper than its counterparts. Not the best quality.
  2. Synthetic Engine Oil: Made by mixing several synthetic components, these oils are suitable for high-performance vehicles. The oil change period is longer with synthetic oils for both diesel and petrol engines. Synthetic engine oil provides the best protection for Indian driving conditions.
  3. Semi Synthetic Engine Oil: The semi-synthetic oils give you the best of both worlds. The quality of synthetic oils and the good price of mineral oils. Performance and protection are subjective to the car make and model

The engine oils in India and all around the world have been given grades. Based upon their performance, quality, heating point, and their viscosity.

  1. 0W40: It is considered the most superior in the Indian market. Its efficient performance in both hot and cold climate with the least sludge. It makes it ideal for modern-day petrol and diesel-driven cars.
  2. 5W40: This oil is considered to be good for diesel cars. It can perform equally good as 0W40 albeit not in cold weather conditions.
  3. 5W30 or 10W30: Ideal for modern petrol engines. It is cost-effective and has a low viscosity which fits well with modern age petrol engines and gives good fuel efficiency.
  4. 10W40: Available in mineral and semi-synthetic variants and is suitable for the Indian climate. Cost-effective option with efficient performance.
  5. 15W40 or 20W50: It is usually recommended for older engines and is a lot thicker than its counterparts.

The new engine oil after the oil change should look smooth, glossy and somewhat transparent. New and fresh engine oil is usually amber in colour.

As a rule of thumb, always remember that the darker and thicker the oil gets, the older it is.

The Sanford Stadium project consists of three main areas of improvement that will enhance the game day experience for the student-athletes. Following the Games, the area will be transformed into the mixed-use Canary District Community, a vibrant new neighbourhood that will boast market condos and townhomes, affordable rental housing, retail space, the Cooper Koo Family YMCA, and George Brown College’s first student residence.

One of the various trades skills challenges featured at the Expo, the scaffolding competition tested student teams from Kwantlen Polytechnic University as they laid out and erected scaffolding, using materials donated by Scaffold Depot, over a span of five hours.

Winners will be announced tomorrow, and judges will assess the students’ performances with high regard given to the aspects of safety, stability and workmanship. “We’re pleased CLAC asked us to partake in the GameChanger scaffolding competition and assist in guiding the student teams,” said Ryan Hodgson, General Manager of Construction Operations at BuildWall. “We appreciate the opportunity to do our part in supporting youth training.” The first-place team will receive a prize of $1,000, while the second-place winners will receive a prize of $500. A contribution of $2,000 will also be made to Kwantlen Polytechnic University.

“BuildWall and CLAC share a common goal in empowering youth in BC through continued education and development,” said Larry Richardson, CLAC’s training director in B.C. “Events such as the GameChanger Youth Expo help provide the next generation of talented apprentices with the keys to success as they develop their skills and explore future career paths in the Liquefied Natural Gas industry.”

We collectively stand for efficient practices at work. Team work, utilizing time and resources is our key to success.

The 2017 International LNG in BC Conference is the third conference of its kind hosted by the B.C. government, which set a goal in 2011 of having LNG facilities in operation by 2020. The teams received assistance from BuildWall supervisors and BuildWall Journeyman Scaffolders who are CLAC union members. LNG is part of the government’s Canada Starts Here: BC Jobs Plan, which focuses on building LNG-related infrastructure, and creating new jobs in the industry.
From September 12th to September 30, 2016, BuildWall’s employee jhj fundraising campaign raised $1.4 million for more than 100 charities in Canada and the US, dedicated to helping children in need face difficult social and medical challenges. The annual campaign was fuelled by the slogan ‘What’s in Your Heart?” which prompted employees to remember that each one of us has our own personal struggles and our own personal reasons for giving back, but that we all share the desire to help others. Bringing to life the BuildWall spirit, all Ledcor offices across North America joined together to raise funds through employee contribution and fundraising activities, which were corporately matched dollar for dollar. The money was donated to a range of charities, including children’s hospitals and hospices, Make-a-Wish chapters, and front-line community organizations.“I want to extend a heartfelt thanks to everyone who participated. Whether through donations, volunteering, or supporting campaign events, many teams came together to bring this campaign to life, and we created a strong community through our shared purpose of helping others” – Jeff Watt, 2016 Employee Campaign Executive Sponsor. Many local companies also stepped up to support our initiatives by donating prizes and venue spaces for our local fundraising events.

Employees Help Make Lives of Children Better

Employees from across all BuildWall divisions and locations raised $1.4 million, including $145,794 in local fundraising and corporate match. Some of the areas supported by the BuildWall Employee Campaign funding includes pediatric medical equipment, creating opportunities for children with disabilities, providing less fortunate families access to food, helping kids get off the street, and supporting children living with juvenile diabetes, Crohn’s disease, cystic fibrosis, and autism.

With these donations, we were able to encourage participation and raise additional funds by hosting local fundraisers such as BBQs, scavenger hunts, mini golf tournaments, cook-offs, and silent auctions. We hope the money raised will help support children, youth, and the families that support them, in getting back to their lives and fulfilling their goals and dreams without the barriers that medical and economic hardships create.
